Life in Florida: April 2006

The weekend is almost here....

Happy hump day everyone! I hope everyone's week has been going well. Nothing much is happening here. The plans for this weekend are not that much. Tomorrow night will be the weekly softball game. We won last week, I hope we win again. It has been alot of fun playing or at least trying to play :) I will be laying low on Friday night getting ready for the March of Dimes walk on Saturday. Today I went to take a tour and have lunch aboard the new Norwegian cruise ship. It is called the Jewel. It is absolutly amazing. We did not want to get off the boat. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy!

Dave & Busters

Well on Saturday night we could not find a bowling alley by us so we went to Dave & Busters. For those of you who do not know what Dave & Busters is, it is a place with games. It is an arcade for adults and children. It is so much fun. Danielle, Jay, Jimmy, Mike, and I went. Here are some pictures of the night, enjoy!

It is the weekend....

Hello everyone!

I hope you had a great Easter! I was up in Vero until Monday. It was so nice to get away and see my parents. We had a great weekend.

Lastnight I went to see UM play UVA in baseball. UVA won! I was cheering them on. :) Tonight I am bowling...haha me bowling we will see how I do. Tomorrow should be fun, there is a new cruise ship coming out and I am touring it and having lunch on it. I will post the pictures of tonight and tomorrow's outtings tomorrow night.

I hope everyone is well. Not much has happened this week so there is nothing to report. I am on my way up to Vero Beach this afternoon to spend Easter weekend with my parents. I want to wish everyone a Happy Easter and I hope the Easter bunny comes to visit.

Happy Hump Day!!!!

I hope everyone has been enjoying the pictures that I have posted. I started playing softball with my office in Hialeah (they needed a girl and guess who got recruited). I played my first game last Thursday and just got the pictures. I somehow got stuck as the catcher....I did hit well in fact, I hit a triple...too bad they did not have that on camera. Maybe this week. Well my team is called the Lightning and we won 8 - 4 last week. Have a great Wednesday and enjoy the pictures!

Arena football game

I went to go see the Florida Frenzy on Sunday night. It was interesting. It was an indoor version of violent football. The coaches were aloud on the field, there was helmit to helmit hitting and I even think I saw some punches being thrown. We were very close. LT's son was one of the players. I really enjoyed it. Pictures from beerfest in Ft. Lauderdale....

Well this has been a fun weekend so far. Danielle and I went to the New Times 2nd annual Beerfest last night. It was fun...we got to taste beers from around the globe. They even had these malt liquor ice pops. They are called Freakyice. They are ice pops for adults! I highly recommend them. After the fest we went to Coyote Ugly. It was a long night but someone had to do it :) tonight I am off to an arena football game. I will post pictures later on...

Ready for another weekend

Well I am ready for another fun filled weekend. Tonight I will be heading to Ft. Lauderdale (we were there last Saturday too) for a beer festival...should be fun! Tomorrow I have tickets for an arena football game. I cannot wait. I won't be the Giants but LT's son plays on the team so it should be fun! I will post pictures tomorrow.
