:10 Minute Manicure Opens a New Location....

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know that this company that I am working for is doing great! We just keep growing. As of 1:50 PM today, the 10 Minute Manicure is officially open in Concourse C at Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport. This location marks our ninth opening and our first encore, opened by popular demand from the airport and customers alike after a year and a half of successful operation in CVG’s B concourse.

I hope everyone got my friend's and family coupons. Send them to everyone. If you did not receive it, please send me an email at marybeth.arnold@10minutemanicure.com and I will forward it to you.

Love,

North American Airports Retail Feature 10 Minute Manicure continues rapid expansion

Miami-based express nail service operator :10 Minute Manicure opened its 8th airport location last month, a 660 sq.ft store located on the B Concourse in the new American Airlines terminal at JFK International Airport in New York. The fast-growing travel retailer will have 15 or more locations by the end of this year, says CEO and founder Lorraine O’Neil. The upcoming locations include a new store in Cincinnati (CVG), two new spots postsecurity in Toronto-Pearson’s new Terminal 1, that open in July, a store in Miami International’s South Terminal, which opens later this year, as well as locations in Newark Liberty International and Washington Dulles. The company, conceived and run by three working moms, opened the first airport store in Cincinnati in January 2006. “Our results have been fabulous,” O’Neil tells Insider. “Our services have been very well received. Within three months of opening our first location in Cincinnati Airport, we had the third highest concession revenues by square foot and have stayed at that level since then. The retailers generating higher income than us are shops selling very high-end luxury goods.”

The 10 Minute Manicure concept is based on adaptable modular units, and can operate in as little as 50 sq. feet of space. Travelers can select from express or spa length services -- including manicures, pedicures and massages. The company’s signature service is a $15 manicure completed in ten minutes, but customers have a range of choices from a $5 hand massage to a $70 foot reflexology session. “We found that we cater to airport employees and airline crews during layovers as well as passengers. Our shops are gender neutral and very inviting. We use the highest quality products and sterilization standards and stress training, so that customers know they will receive the same wonderful service in every one of our locations,” says O’Neil. The owners of 10 Minute Manicure say that an estimated 8.5 million travelers will pass through JFK’s Terminal 8. “With average post-security wait times at 90 minutes, passenger service concepts, like :10 Minute Manicure, are gaining in popularity within the airport setting. Travelers can make use of downtime and take advantage of services normally sought out once they reach their destination,” says O’Neil.

The Sopranos Answer....It might have been a good ending

Hello everyone,

Well I might have the answer to the ending to Sopranos. I received this email and it is now making more sense. What do you think????

MB

Tony was killed....

in fact, the ending was genius if you've paid attention to the show or arejust a fan of well developed well thought out plots that all tie togetherand have the memory of a champ to remember it all

the ending was simple, he got killed, but let me tell yall why and explainin detail... There was 3 people in the room total who had a reason to killtony.....

the two black guys, they were paid before to kill tony but he was only shotin the ear, this was in one of the earlier seasons,

also in the earlier seasons, the trucker who was sitting at the bar stool, who the camera kept focusing in on, is Nikki Leotardo, Phil! Leotar do'snephew, he was in one of the early season episodes where Phil and Tony havea sit down....

heres where the genius comes in....

When Tony's walking in the diner, you see the camera focus on him, then itswitches to his perspective, and you see him looking @ the booth hes gonnasit at...

then the camera switches back to tonys face, then it once again switches tohis perspective, and it shows him looking @ the door and looking @ thepeople come in.....

Everytime the door opens the Chimes sound.......

Carmela walks in, Chimes, AJ walks in Chimes, this when Meadows parallelparking, still trying to get inside the restaurant....

at this point the camera switches back to the trucker who goes in thebathroom......

Then it goes to a scene where meadow finally parks and starts running inthe diner....

the doors about to open, Tony looks up....

and No Chimes......................

No Music........! ....

Everything just goes black...............

In one of the early episodes of the sopranos, tonys talking with bobbyabout what it must feel like to die..

Bobby says "at the end, you probably dont hear anything, everything justgoes black"

part of that was revisited in the second to last episode during the lastseconds of it, when tonys about to go to sleep and he flashes back to thememory of him and bobby on the boat... "You probably dont hear anythingeverything just goes black"

so in the end, the Journey song was playing, the chimes on the door soundedbut when meadow came in, the guy in the trucker hat came out and killedtony...its the reason you don't hear, or see anything when he died....

it was fromhis perspective....

and everything went black, then the credits rolled.

The Final Sopranos....(if you have not seen it yet do not read)

Hello everyone,

This is for those of you who watch the Sopranos like I have been for the years that it has been on...that was a huge disappointment last night! What kind of series finally was that? I had my Sunday ritual with Danielle (some pasta, homemade sauce, garlic bread and lots of wine) we were just waiting for something BIG and waiting and waiting....then a black screen. What was that?

New Pictures

Hello everyone,

I hope all is well. I have been so busy with work and traveling that I have not updated my blog in a while. Well my travels started around May 23rd for a 3 day conference in Amelia Island at the Ritz Carlton. It was so beautiful there. After that trip I returned home to pack a new bag for my week long trip to Jamaica, Queens...it was not the Ritz! Anyway I was so glad that I was able to visit home for Memorial Day weekend. Here are some pictures from Sunday night at Donovans...it was just like the good old days!

Now I am back in Miami and have been doing some fun things. I went to see a Marlins game last night. The lost to Tampa Bay. After the game there was a disco concert it was really good and Gloria Gaynor sang "I Will Survive." The woman still can sing. Today I hit a BBQ for a little while. It is not like some of the ones in Jersey with beer bong but it was fun! Tonight....the final Sopranos.

Love,
Mary Beth
